• $850 flat — up to 6 hours
• $100 per additional hour
Rates listed apply to local Indiana surveillance assignments. Extended-distance, out-of-area, rural, or travel-intensive investigations may be quoted at an adjusted flat rate based on location, logistics, and operational requirements.
Mileage may be billed for extended-distance or out-of-area assignments in accordance with the current IRS standard mileage rate.
Multi-day surveillance, infidelity investigations, workers’ compensation, and domestic cases often require coverage outside the immediate service area and are commonly quoted on a case-specific basis.
All surveillance services include professional field observation, time-stamped photography and video, detailed activity logs, and court-ready documentation suitable for attorneys and insurers.

Locate & Skip Tracing Support
If a subject cannot be located or surveillance cannot be initiated due to insufficient address information, skip tracing services are available to assist with location verification or subject identification prior to deployment.

Maz Intelligence Bureau LLC is available for joint operations and subcontracted surveillance assignments with licensed investigators, investigative firms, and legal teams requiring additional manpower, regional coverage, or discreet field support.

• Notarization service available if required — $15 notary fee
